Well established fire protection company in need of a Project Manager, this could be a great opportunity for a current Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator to move into a PM position. Previous experience in Fire sprinklers not required, construction background required.

What you will do as a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
Responsible for overall project profitability
Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts for equipment and installation services
Prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedule of values
Perform as site-superintendent/manager at times in small project capacity to implement scope
Acts as project safety program administrator
Schedule and conduct all project meetings
Material procurement and coordination delivery
Manage resources (including subcontractors) by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements
Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the projects scope responsibility
other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What you will need as a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

2 + years of experience as a PM - preferably with a fire sprinkler or fire alarm background
Great communication and negotiation skills
